Article 12 NESVFL Bylaws: Section 3: There shall be a point system to determine the hand engines in both class A & B that has the best order of finishing positions for the muster season. Points to be awarded for the order of finish for the first seven (7) positions as follows: seven (7) points for first, six (6) points for second, five (5) points for third, four (4) points for fourth, three (3) points for fifth, two (2) points for sixth, one (1) point for seventh position. Class A engines will be awarded a trophy to be known as the Joe Herman Trophy, Class B engines will be awarded a trophy to be known as the Charles Mastin trophy. These trophies will be furnished by the B.F. Hoxie Engine Co. No 1 of Mystic, CT the owners of the T.W. Lane. These trophies will be awarded each year at the October meeting. |
