| The "Lion"
was built by Rumsey & Company in 1875. It has 4" cylinders. It has not
been pumped in many years but the pump is not bound and operates freely.
Wood and wheels are in excellent shape. It originally served East Dedham, Massachusetts. In 1897 E. Dedham became Westwood, Massachusetts the engine went to Westwood. In July 2024 it went to the F.D.
